Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment?
We're looking for Glass Operatives to join our team at Fire Glass UK, a leading name in fire safety glass manufacturing.

Your Tasks

You will be operating cutting-edge machinery, shaping and finishing glass products, and ensuring top-quality standards are met. Other tasks include:

  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Manually handle heavy, palletised goods (including glass panels).
  • Load unload, and transport materials using forklift or overhead crane (if certified).
  • Prepare finished products for storage or dispatch.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Report defects pr production issues promptly.
  • Follow all health, safety and environment.

Your Profile

  • Experience in glass production (CNC machinery knowledge is a plus!)
  • A proactive, safety-conscious attitude
  • NVQ Level 2 (advantageous but not essential)
